Kilburn Cosmos RFC was established in 1996 to make rugby union available to the Kilburn/Willesden community.

In the 2007/08 season we have:

• The Cosmos womens XV joining a league for the first time
• The Mens 1st XV newly promoted to Herts Middlesex Division 1
• The Mens 2nd XV competing in the Middlesex Merit Table Division 3
• A rapidly growing tag rugby section for mixed 7-11 year olds
